What You'll do:

- Conceber e manter módulos IaC reutilizáveis e padrões de infraestrutura complexos, multi-cloud ou híbridos;

- Criar capacidades de auto-atendimento, percursos padrão e fluxos de trabalho de aprovisionamento baseados em GitOps;

- Definir normas de IaC, estratégias de teste e controlos de qualidade; automatizar verificações de segurança, conformidade e políticas;

- Gerir o estado da infraestrutura e automatizar todo o ciclo de vida do aprovisionamento, atualizações e desativação;

- Implementar padrões de alta disponibilidade e recuperação de desastres, e melhorar os custos, o desempenho e a segurança da infraestrutura;

- Liderar a adoção entre as equipas, resolver problemas complexos, rever código e orientar engenheiros menos experientes;

- Utilizar ferramentas de IA aprovadas em fluxos de trabalho repetíveis, validando o código gerado, as permissões, o raio de impacto e os riscos de recuperação;

- Regime de trabalho hibrido (Porto ou Lisboa)

Who You Are:

- Sólida experiência com Terraform ou Crossplane e Azure, bem como com o GCP;

- Experiência na conceção de módulos reutilizáveis, gestão de estado, GitOps e CI/CD para infraestruturas;

- Conhecimentos sobre testes de infraestruturas, «policy-as-code», análises de segurança, gestão de segredos, redes e IAM/RBAC;

- Familiaridade com observabilidade, automatização da conformidade, alta disponibilidade, recuperação de desastres e FinOps;

- Liderança técnica, documentação clara e capacidade de influenciar as partes interessadas e apoiar a adoção.
