Eletromecânico/a de Manutenção Industrial ou Mecânico/a de Manutenção Industrial

Missão da Função

Assegurar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos equipamentos industriais, contribuindo para a sua fiabilidade, disponibilidade e eficiência, através da execução de intervenções técnicas de acordo com os padrões de segurança, qualidade e produtividade da organização.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Executar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos industriais;
  • Diagnosticar e reparar avarias mecânicas, hidráulicas, pneumáticas e eletromecânicas;
  • Efetuar a substituição e reparação de componentes mecânicos;
  • Participar na montagem, instalação e arranque de equipamentos industriais;
  • Realizar trabalhos de soldadura e ajustamento mecânico;
  • Colaborar na identificação e implementação de melhorias contínuas nos equipamentos e processos produtivos;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Segurança, Qualidade e Ambiente em todas as intervenções;
  • Registar as intervenções de manutenção realizadas, sempre que aplicável.

Perfil Pretendido

Formação

  • Formação profissional ou técnica na área da Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Mecatrónica, Manutenção Industrial ou similar.

Experiência

  • Experiência mínima de 6 meses em funções de manutenção industrial.

Conhecimentos Técnicos

  • Conhecimentos de mecânica industrial;
  • Conhecimentos de sistemas hidráulicos e pneumáticos;
  • Capacidade de diagnóstico e resolução de avarias;
  • Experiência em soldadura e montagem mecânica (valorizada);
  • Para candidatos com perfil de Eletromecânico, serão valorizados conhecimentos de eletricidade industrial e capacidade de interpretação de esquemas elétricos.

Horário de Trabalho

Regime de turnos rotativos de manhã, tarde e noite, de segunda-feira a sábado, com uma folga semanal:

  • Turno da manhã: 06h30 – 15h00
  • Turno da tarde: 15h00 – 23h30
  • Turno da noite: 23h30 – 06h30

É necessária disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turnos rotativos, de acordo com as necessidades operacionais da empresa.
