Estamos a recrutar Técnicos de Manutenção Industrial (secções de Montagem e Pintura) com experiência comprovada na função, para um cliente do setor automotivo, situado em Mangualde (Viseu, Portugal).O nosso cliente é um dos maiores grupos automotivos do mundo, na área de manufatura e venda de veículos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Inspeção e diagnóstico de falhas em sistemas mecânicos, elétricos, eletrónicos, hidráulicos e pneumáticos.
  • Manutenção corretiva e preventiva de equipamentos, garantindo o cumprimento de normas de segurança.
  • Substituição de peças, calibração de instrumentos e realização de testes após reparos.
  • Apoio e formação básica a operadores.
  • Gestão de tarefas de manutenção, priorizando urgências.

Requirements

Requisitos específicos por secção:

  • Pintura: 75% elétrica/eletrónica (esquemas elétricos, autómatos, robótica), 25% mecânica. Preferência por experiência com robots FANUC/ABB, autómatos Rockwell/Allen-Bradley e soldadura.
  • Montagem: Conhecimentos de mecânica, elétrica e automação. Experiência com aparafusadoras, AGVs, transportadoras e sistemas de visão.

Perfil procurado:

  • Curso Técnico Profissional em manutenção industrial (elétrica, eletrónica, mecatrónica, hidráulica, pneumática ou mecânica).
  • Experiência comprovada e conhecimentos sólidos na área.
  • Competências em informática (relatórios em Word) e gestão de tempo.
  • Capacidade de resolver problemas, trabalhar sob pressão e colaborar em equipa.
