Je suis Anaïs, Responsable d’activité Front office chez Lyreco France, je suis à la recherche d’un Team Leader Service Client (H/F), en contrat à durée déterminée de 6 mois, à Valenciennes.

Vos missions :

  • Assurer un coaching de proximité pour développer les compétences, l’autonomie et la performance de l'équipe
  • Définir les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs de l'équipe, établir un plan d'actions adapté, et piloter les indicateurs de performance pour assurer l'atteinte des KPIs.
  • Développer, mettre en œuvre l'application de bonnes pratiques afin de garantir le niveau de service à la clientèle.
  • Rester informé sur les évolutions commerciales (produits, concurrence, des tendances du secteur etc.)
  • Contribuer à la mise en place d’une démarche d’amélioration continue au sein du service clients.
  • Garantir la satisfaction des clients et des collaborateurs, tout en assurant une communication fluide avec les différents services

Vous êtes :

  • Doté d'une expérience en management d'équipe et relation client, avec un leadership reconnu
  • Capable de fédérer vos équipes dans une démarche d'amélioration continue
  • À l’aise pour piloter efficacement l’organisation de l’activité avec une écoute active
  • Rigoureux et organisé, ce qui vous permet de suivre les indicateurs en temps réel
  • Autonome, agile et force de proposition, avec une capacité à anticiper et à prendre des initiatives
