Je suis Céline, Responsable Ressources Humaines chez Lyreco France. Pour accompagner nos collaborateurs au quotidien, je suis à la recherche d’un Coordinateur RH (H/F), en CDI à Digoin (71).

Vos missions :

  • Accompagner et conseiller les managers dans la gestion quotidienne de leurs équipes : management, développement des compétences, entretiens annuels, organisation et gestion des situations disciplinaires.
  • Piloter la formation et le développement des talents : identification des besoins, élaboration et déploiement du plan de formation, suivi des actions et gestion des parcours de développement.
  • Contribuer à la gestion des emplois et des compétences : anticipation des besoins, plans de succession, recrutement et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
  • Développer les actions RH liées à la qualité de vie au travail et à la santé/sécurité : analyse des situations, études de postes et déploiement d'actions de prévention et d'amélioration.
  • Assurer la gestion RH et participer aux projets d’entreprise : administration du personnel, relations sociales, reporting et accompagnement des projets transverses

Vous êtes :

  • De formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines (Bac+4/5), vous justifiez d’au minimum 10 ans sur une expérience similaire et avez développé de solides compétences comme Généraliste de la fonction RH.
  • Vous êtes un partenaire mobile, qui œuvre sur le terrain et offre une vision à 360° ; cela nécessite donc des déplacements incluant des découchages.
  • Vos qualités de communication, votre capacité à prendre des initiatives et votre sens des priorités seront des atouts pour maîtriser les enjeux de ce poste. Vous faites preuve d’écoute active et vous aimez le travail d’équipe.
  • La maitrise du droit social et des outils bureautiques est un prérequis important.
