Public Account Manager (m/f/d)

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • monitorowanie rynku zamówień publicznych i identyfikacja postępowań przetargowych na terenie całej Polski
  • analiza dokumentacji przetargowej (SWZ, OPZ, wzory umów) oraz ofert konkurencji
  • przygotowywanie strategii udziału w postępowaniach oraz rekomendacji biznesowych
  • opracowywanie kalkulacji cenowych i przygotowywanie ofert przetargowych
  • koordynacja procesu przygotowania i składania ofert
  • prowadzenie korespondencji z zamawiającymi oraz udział w wyjaśnieniach postępowań
  • współpraca z działami wewnętrznymi (zakupy, logistyka, marketing, finanse, IT)
  • udział w negocjacjach i nadzór nad procesem podpisania umów
  • wdrażanie i obsługa klientów publicznych
  • monitorowanie realizacji kontraktów oraz ich rentowności
  • budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z klientami publicznymi

Nasze wymagania

  • doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B (mile widziane w zamówieniach publicznych)
  • umiejętność analizy danych i przygotowywania ofert handlowych
  • dobra organizacja pracy i samodzielność
  • rozwinięte umiejętności negocjacyjne i komunikacyjne
  • prawo jazdy kat. B
