Cerchiamo uno/una Quote & Tender Specialist con una solida esperienza nella gestione di offerte tecnico-economiche per gare d'appalto pubbliche e private. La persona ideale possiede spiccate capacità analitiche, una forte attenzione al dettaglio e la capacità di muoversi con sicurezza in contesti complessi, gestendo l'intero processo di gara, dall'analisi dei requisiti e ricerca delle soluzioni più idonee fino alla definizione della proposta economica. Se ti appassionano l'analisi dei dati, la costruzione di offerte competitive e il confronto quotidiano con stakeholder interni ed esterni, troverai un ambiente dinamico e altamente professionale in cui mettere a valore le tue competenze e contribuire concretamente ai risultati di business.

Ti unirai a un team esperto, collaborativo e orientato ai risultati, specializzato nella gestione di gare d'appalto, richieste di offerta e progetti di ottimizzazione dei costi. Sarai coinvolto direttamente nel supporto a clienti e Account, contribuendo a trasformare esigenze e opportunità in soluzioni concrete e di successo.

IL RUOLO E LE SUE OPPORTUNITÀ

Riportando al/alla Bid & Tender Manager, sarai responsabile della gestione end-to-end degli aspetti tecnici, economici e strategici delle gare d'appalto. Ti occuperai di analizzare requisiti e opportunità, coordinare le attività di ricerca e validazione dei prodotti, sviluppare offerte competitive e sostenibili, valutarne la redditività e monitorarne le performance attraverso approfondite analisi post-gara. Il ruolo richiede una forte capacità analitica, attenzione al dettaglio e una solida comprensione delle dinamiche commerciali e di business

In questo ruolo ti occuperai di:

  • Contribuire alla predisposizione e alla gestione della documentazione tecnica ed economica nell'ambito di tender e gare d'appalto, garantendo accuratezza, conformità e competitività delle offerte;
  • Condurre analisi strategiche e sviluppare raccomandazioni data-driven a supporto del management nelle decisioni relative a pricing, sviluppo del business e gestione del portafoglio prodotti;
  • Guidare gli/le Account nell'interpretazione dei capitolati tecnici di gara e nella costruzione di proposte commerciali ad alto valore aggiunto, elaborando analisi approfondite su saving plan, sostenibilità, prodotti green e compatibilità delle soluzioni offerte;
  • Coordinare le attività di codifica e normalizzazione delle liste prodotto ricevute dai/dalle clienti, garantendo qualità, accuratezza e coerenza delle informazioni;
  • Coordinare la raccolta, validazione e consolidamento delle informazioni tecniche e commerciali, collaborando con fornitori e stakeholder interni per supportare lo sviluppo di offerte competitive;
  • Interagire in modo trasversale con le principali funzioni aziendali, in particolare Vendite, Marketing, Logistica e Procurement, favorendo un approccio integrato e orientato al cliente;
  • Garantire l'aggiornamento, l'affidabilità e l'integrità dei database e degli strumenti di reporting del dipartimento, assicurando la disponibilità di dati accurati per il processo decisionale;
  • Sfruttare SAP e gli strumenti digitali aziendali per gestire attività, analizzare dati e monitorare le performance, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo dei processi e dei risultati.

COSA CI ASPETTIAMO DA TE

  • Laurea o cultura equivalente;
  • Preferibile pregressa esperienza nel ruolo;
  • Ottima attitudine alla relazione interpersonale;
  • Spiccate doti comunicative con diversi interlocutori;
  • Buone capacità di negoziazione e di time management;
  • Forti doti analitiche, proattività e capacità di problem-solving;
  • Buona conoscenza del gestionale SAP e ottima di Excel;
  • Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese.

COSA TI OFFRIAMO

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato CCNL Commercio;
  • RAL: 28.000 – 33.000 € (in base all’esperienza);
  • Variabile Annuo Lordo: 3.000 legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
  • Lavoro full time, dal lunedì al venerdì, con possibilità di fare fino a 2 giorni di smart working a settimana;
  • Orario Flessibile;
  • Ticket restaurant da 8 € (anche in smart working);
  • Percorso di onboarding e formazione dedicata.
