Je suis Benoît, Responsable Credit Management, chez Lyreco France depuis 1999. Pour accompagner nos ambitions stratégiques, je suis à la recherche d’un Responsable Recouvrement amiable & contentieux (H/F), en CDI, à Marly (59).

Vos missions

• Manager et développer une équipe, en définissant les rôles, en accompagnant la montée en compétences et en pilotant la performance individuelle et collective.

• Organiser et piloter l’activité de recouvrement, en définissant les stratégies adaptées aux différents profils clients afin de sécuriser le chiffre d’affaires et limiter les retards de paiement.

• Apporter votre expertise métier sur les sujets complexes, en pilotant les dossiers sensibles, en analysant les risques de crédit et en garantissant l’efficacité des processus.

• Conduire les projets d’amélioration continue, en identifiant les axes d’optimisation des outils, des méthodes de travail et des processus liés au Credit Management.

• Développer la culture financière au sein de l’entreprise, en sensibilisant et en accompagnant les équipes transverses sur les enjeux du recouvrement, du risque client et de la fluidité des ventes.

Vous êtes

• Titulaire d’un Bac+5 en Finance, avec une expérience significative de plus de 5 ans en Credit Management et en management d’équipe.

• Expert de la relation client et du recouvrement, capable d’analyser les risques de crédit et de prendre les décisions adaptées dans un environnement exigeant.

• À l’aise avec les outils de gestion, notamment SAP et les outils bureautiques, et capable d’évoluer dans un contexte international grâce à un anglais professionnel.

• Doté d’un esprit d’analyse et d’amélioration continue, vous savez identifier les dysfonctionnements et proposer des solutions efficaces.

• Reconnu pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre leadership, votre sens de la négociation, votre résistance au stress et votre capacité à fédérer les équipes autour d’objectifs communs.
