Estamos em busca um(a) Advogado(a) para integrar a equipe do nosso cliente e apoiar as demandas jurídicas das diferentes áreas da empresa. Buscamos um profissional organizado, responsável e com boa capacidade de análise, que tenha interesse em desenvolver uma atuação jurídica conectada ao ambiente corporativo e às necessidades do negócio.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar na elaboração, análise e revisão de contratos, termos, notificações e demais documentos jurídicos;
  • Realizar pesquisas jurídicas e apoiar a elaboração de pareceres e orientações internas;
  • Prestar suporte às áreas da empresa nas demandas jurídicas do dia a dia;
  • Acompanhar contratos com clientes, fornecedores, prestadores de serviços e parceiros;
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de processos judiciais e administrativos e a interface com escritórios externos;
  • Controlar prazos, documentos, procurações e demais demandas da área;
  • Apoiar demandas relacionadas às relações de consumo e atendimento a clientes;
  • Organizar informações e documentos necessários para processos e consultas jurídicas;
  • Contribuir para a organização e melhoria dos controles e processos internos do Jurídico;
  • Acompanhar atualizações legislativas relevantes para as atividades da empresa.

  • Ensino superior completo em Direito e OAB ativa;
  • Experiência profissional anterior na área jurídica, em escritório de advocacia ou departamento jurídico;
  • Conhecimentos em Direito Civil, Contratual e relações de consumo;
  • Conhecimento ou experiência em Direito Empresarial e/ou mercado imobiliário será considerado um diferencial.
  • Boa redação e capacidade de interpretação de documentos jurídicos;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para relacionamento com diferentes áreas;
  • Perfil proativo, responsável e com interesse contínuo em aprendizado e desenvolvimento.
