Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Logística para atuar em uma operação dinâmica, com foco na gestão das operações de transporte para porto e interior. Buscamos um profissional analítico, organizado e proativo, que tenha capacidade de planejar, acompanhar e otimizar os processos logísticos, garantindo eficiência operacional, cumprimento dos prazos e excelência no atendimento aos clientes.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Planejar, acompanhar e controlar as operações logísticas destinadas ao porto e aos municípios do interior;
  • Programar embarques e desembarques, garantindo o cumprimento dos cronogramas de transporte;
  • Monitorar cargas durante todo o processo logístico, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento de transportadoras, embarcações e parceiros logísticos, atuando na resolução de ocorrências;
  • Efetuar roteirização e programação das entregas, buscando maior eficiência operacional e redução de custos;
  • Emitir pedidos, documentos e acompanhar o processamento das operações até a conclusão das entregas;
  • Alimentar e analisar indicadores logísticos, propondo melhorias contínuas para aumento da produtividade e da qualidade dos processos;
  • Atuar em sistemas ERP para controle das movimentações logísticas e atualização das informações operacionais;
  • Manter interface constante com áreas internas, fornecedores e clientes, garantindo alinhamento das operações e comunicação eficiente;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, normas de segurança e padrões de qualidade da empresa.

  • Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência anterior na área de Logística, com foco em operações de transporte, distribuição ou expedição;
  • Vivência com operações de porto, transporte fluvial e logística para municípios do interior será considerada um diferencial;
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP e controles logísticos;
  • Domínio de Excel;
  • Perfil orientado para resultados e melhoria contínua.
