Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) Financeiro(a) para atuar em uma empresa consolidada do segmento de incorporação imobiliária. Buscamos um profissional com visão estratégica, capacidade analítica e forte atuação na gestão financeira do negócio, que seja responsável por direcionar o planejamento financeiro, otimizar a alocação de recursos, fortalecer a previsibilidade do fluxo de caixa e subsidiar a diretoria na tomada de decisões, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade financeira e o crescimento da companhia.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar a estratégia financeira da companhia, alinhando o planejamento e a execução das operações aos objetivos de negócio;
  • Estruturar e acompanhar o planejamento financeiro, desenvolvendo projeções de fluxo de caixa, análises de cenários e estratégias para otimização dos recursos financeiros;
  • Monitorar a saúde financeira da empresa por meio de indicadores de desempenho, identificando riscos, oportunidades e desvios que possam impactar os resultados;
  • Assegurar a eficiência da gestão de contas a pagar e a receber, conciliações, cobranças e demais processos financeiros, promovendo integração e alinhamento entre as operações;
  • Atuar estrategicamente na gestão de recebíveis e na mitigação de riscos financeiros, contribuindo para a redução da inadimplência e o fortalecimento da geração de caixa;
  • Estabelecer e aprimorar políticas, indicadores e controles financeiros, fortalecendo a governança, a confiabilidade das informações e a eficiência dos processos;
  • Desenvolver a equipe financeira, promovendo autonomia, capacidade analítica e orientação para resultados;
  • Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automação e transformação digital, buscando maior produtividade, qualidade das informações e agilidade na gestão financeira.

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;
  • Pós-graduação em Finanças, Controladoria, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas afins será considerada um diferencial;
  • Experiência consolidada em Contas a Receber, cobrança e recuperação de crédito;Vivência em gestão de equipes;
  • Experiência na gestão de empresas terceirizadas de cobrança e contratos de prestação de serviços; Excel avançado;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SIENGE, e ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI).
