Estamos em busca um(a) Gerente de Desenvolvimento Imobiliário para liderar de forma integrada as áreas de Incorporação, Novos Negócios e Produtos. Buscamos uma liderança com visão estratégica e de negócio, capaz de desenvolver os coordenadores das áreas, avaliar oportunidades e garantir que o desenvolvimento dos empreendimentos esteja alinhado ao mercado, à viabilidade e aos objetivos da empresa.

A posição terá atuação próxima à alta gestão, contribuindo diretamente para as decisões de crescimento e evolução do portfólio da empresa.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Liderar e integrar as áreas de Incorporação, Novos Negócios e Produtos;
  • Desenvolver os coordenadores e acompanhar os resultados das áreas sob sua gestão;
  • Acompanhar o pipeline de novos negócios e a análise de novas oportunidades;
  • Garantir estudos de mercado e análises de viabilidade dos empreendimentos;
  • Direcionar o desenvolvimento dos produtos, considerando mercado, posicionamento e retorno esperado;
  • Acompanhar os principais processos e marcos de incorporação;
  • Estruturar e monitorar indicadores, cronogramas e resultados;
  • Promover integração com Comercial, Marketing, Engenharia, Financeiro e demais áreas;
  • Preparar análises e recomendações para apoiar as decisões da alta gestão.

  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Arquitetura, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência consistente em incorporação ou desenvolvimento imobiliário;
  • Vivência com liderança de equipes e/ou gestores;
  • Conhecimento do ciclo de desenvolvimento de empreendimentos imobiliários;
  • Experiência com estudos de viabilidade e análise de novos negócios;
  • Visão de mercado, produto e indicadores econômico-financeiros;
  • Perfil estratégico, estruturador e com capacidade de desenvolver lideranças.
