Du verfügst über fundierte IT-Erfahrung und kennst dich im Klinikalltag aus? In dieser neu geschaffenen Schlüsselrolle begleitest du deutschlandweit Krankenhäuser bei der Einführung einer innovativen Softwarelösung zur digitalen Pflegedokumentation. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Entwicklerinnen sowie den IT-Teams der Kundinnen zusammen und das komplett remote.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische Koordination des Rollouts der klinischen Dokumentationssoftware
  • Schnittstelle zwischen den IT-Administrationen der Kliniken und den internen Entwickler- und Beratungsteams
  • Anpassung und Konfiguration der Softwarelösungen an individuelle Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Dokumentation und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Implementierungsprozesse
  • Begleitung der Übergabe an Kundenbetreuung und Beratung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung interner Abläufe

Das bringst du mit

  • 3-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung idealerweise als IT-Administrator*in im Krankenhausumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit XML-Dateien und Softwarekonfiguration
  • Fundiertes Verständnis klinischer Arbeitsabläufe und IT-Infrastrukturen im Gesundheitswesen
  • Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität sowie routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau oder höher (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Teamorientierung
