In dieser vollständig remote-basierten Rolle übernimmst du die Leitung von Software-Einführungsprojekten für Kliniken und Krankenhäuser in ganz Deutschland. Gleichzeitig unterstützt du Anwender*innen bei der erfolgreichen Nutzung der Lösung im Alltag. Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Implementierung der klinischen Dokumentationssoftware bei Kund*innen
  • Beratung und Schulung von Anwender*innen remote oder bei Bedarf 1x pro Quartal vor Ort
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Begleitung bei Go-Live und Nachbetreuung
  • Konfiguration und Anpassung der Software gemäß individueller Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei Messeauftritten, Präsentationen und Ausschreibungen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung interner Rollout-Dokumentationen und Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Consulting- und Entwicklungsteam

Das bringst du mit

  • 23 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im klinischen oder IT-nahen Umfeld
  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Pflege- oder Gesundheitswesen
  • Kenntnisse klinischer Dokumentationsprozesse (Pflegeplanung, Medikation, Kurvenführung)
  • Souveränes Auftreten und sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • IT-Affinität sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau (zwingend erforderlich für Kund*innenkommunikation)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist
