Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung von Live-, Hybrid- und Digitalevents
  • Ansprechpartner:in und Berater:in für Kund:innen während des gesamten Projektverlaufs
  • Entwicklung kreativer Eventkonzepte gemeinsam mit dem internen Team
  • Steuerung von Projektbudgets, Kostenkontrolle und Abrechnung
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie interner Teams
  • Unterstützung und Mentoring von Junior-Projektmitgliedern
  • Mitarbeit an internen Entwicklungsprozessen und Qualitätsstandards

Dein Profil

  • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement, idealerweise in einer Agentur
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Corporate Events (B2B)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Budgets, Zeitplänen und Ressourcenplanung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie professionelles Englisch
