Deine Mission:

Werde Teil unseres Teams und sorge dafür, dass im Vertriebsalltag alles rundläuft! Als Inside Sales Specialist (m/w/d) hältst Du die Fäden zusammen, von der Kundenanfrage über das Angebot bis hin zur Auftragsabwicklung.

Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick und hast Spaß daran, mit unterschiedlichen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Aufgaben auf einen Blick:

  • Angebotserstellung – Du unterstützt unseren Vertrieb bei Kundenanfragen und erstellst kaufmännische Angebote
  • Auftragsabwicklung – Du bearbeitest und koordinierst Bestellungen, Aufträge und Auftragsänderungen
  • Schnittstellenmanagement – Du stimmst Dich mit Vertrieb, Account Management, Projektmanagement und weiteren internen Teams ab
  • Datenpflege – Du pflegst Kunden-, Angebots- und Auftragsdaten und behältst offene Vorgänge im Blick
  • Abrechnung – Du unterstützt beim monatlichen Rechnungslauf und bei der Klärung offener Posten

Dein Profil – Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung – Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung – Du bringst erste kaufmännische Erfahrung mit, idealerweise im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Organisationstalent – Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenständig und behältst Deine Aufgaben zuverlässig im Blick
  • Kommunikationsstärke – Du kommunizierst sehr sicher auf Deutsch und kannst Dich auch auf Englisch gut verständigen
  • Technikinteresse – Du bist neugierig auf IT und Connectivity und hast Lust, Dich in unsere Produkte einzuarbeiten
