Als Inside Sales Specialist (m/w/d) bist du das Bindeglied zwischen unseren Kunden, Vertriebspartnern und internen Teams. Du sorgst dafür, dass sich jede Anfrage in den besten Händen fühlt.

FAST LTA ist der Spezialist für Datensicherheit und Data-Privacy in Enterprise Storage sowie für Systeme, die lokalen KI-Betrieb ermöglichen.

Wir wachsen weiter und suchen dafür dich: als Inside Sales Specialist (m/w/d/x) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, um unser Sales Team weiter nach vorne zu bringen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Bestands- und Neukunden sowie unsere Vertriebspartner und betreust sie zuverlässig und serviceorientiert
  • Du erstellst und verwaltest Angebote sowie Aufträge. Schnell, präzise und kundenorientiert und klärst dabei auch grundlegende technische Fragestellungen
  • Du koordinierst interne Abläufe rund um die Auftragsbearbeitung und -abwicklung
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Partnermanagement, Marketing und Technik zusammen, um unseren Kunden die beste Lösung zu bieten
  • Du dokumentierst und pflegst relevante Informationen im CRM-System
  • Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft und unterstützt bei Auswertungen und Reports

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst mit, idealerweise im IT- oder Technologiebereich
  • Du hast technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, dich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, präzise und eigenständig – auch wenn's mal hoch hergeht
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und überzeugend mit Kunden und dem Team auf allen Ebenen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise ergänzt durch CRM-Kenntnisse (z. B. MS Dynamics) und Erfahrung in der Angebotserstellung
