Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Kunststoffen im Innendienst
  • Aktive Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden inkl. Kaltakquise
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung kundenspezifischer Budgets
  • Begleitung von kundenindividuellen Entwicklungsprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technical Service und Business Development
  • Einführung neuer Produkte und Anwendungen beim Kunden
  • Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Erfassung der markt- und kundenspezifischen Informationen im CRM
  • Teilnahme an Messen, Kundenveranstaltungen und relevanten Branchenevents zur Netzwerkpflege und Marktbeobachtung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten, idealerweise im Bereich Kunststoffe oder Kunststofferzeugnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit MS-Office
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
