Hoe ziet je werkomgeving eruit?

Samen sterk voor topzorg, samen maken we het verschil. Maak impact in een dynamische academische omgeving waar expertise, teamkracht en betrokkenheid samenkomen. Op onze Care-units werken bevlogen multidisciplinaire teams iedere dag aan hoogcomplexe, academische topzorg voor patiënten in kritieke toestand. Als teamleider verbind je professionals, stimuleer je samenwerking en geef je ruimte voor groei en eigenaarschap. Samen met je collega-teamleiders, het verpleegkundig afdelingshoofd en medisch hoofd vorm je het managementteam, gebaseerd op vertrouwen, collegiaal leiderschap en samen leren.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Jij geeft richting, jij maakt het verschil. Wij zoeken een krachtige, zelfverzekerde en betrokken leider die beleid weet te vertalen naar de praktijk en mensen daarin weet mee te nemen. Je inspireert, stelt duidelijke kaders en creëert ruimte voor eigenaarschap, ontwikkeling en samenwerking. Je hebt een passende professionele achtergrond binnen de ziekenhuisorganisatie en begrijpt de dynamiek en complexiteit binnen het acute cluster. Dit kan vanuit een zorginhoudelijke, paramedische of ondersteunende functie zijn. Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma in een zorggerelateerde richting én aantoonbaar hbo-werk- en denkniveau (via assessment). Heb je nog geen HBO-managementopleiding? Dan krijg je de mogelijkheid deze volledig bekostigd via het MUMC+ te volgen. Je bent veranderkrachtig, resultaatgericht en denkt vooruit over toekomstbestendige zorg. Samen met een multidisciplinair team werk je elke dag aan betere zorg en herken je jezelf in onze MUMC+-competenties: coöperatief, ondernemend, flexibel en leiderschapsgericht. Salaris

Afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring doen wij jou een passend aanbod.

Arbeidsovereenkomst

Het betreft een arbeidsovereenkomst van 1 jaar voor gemiddeld 32-36 uur per week conform artikel 2.4.2 Cao umc, zijnde een tijdelijk contract vooruitlopend op een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd als bedoeld in lid 3 van artikel 2.3 Cao umc.
