Analista Comercial

Principais responsabilidades

  • Prestar suporte administrativo às rotinas da área Comercial, auxiliando na organização e no acompanhamento das demandas diárias;
  • Realizar lançamentos, consultas e atualizações de informações no sistema SAP, conforme os procedimentos internos;
  • Preencher, encaminhar e acompanhar formulários e solicitações internas;
  • Elaborar e atualizar planilhas, relatórios, controles e documentos administrativos;
  • Apoiar a preparação de propostas comerciais, cotações e documentos relacionados aos processos comerciais;
  • Acompanhar pedidos, prazos, pendências e demais informações relacionadas às demandas comerciais;
  • Realizar contato com clientes e áreas internas para solicitar informações, esclarecer pendências e acompanhar solicitações;
  • Organizar documentos, registros e arquivos, garantindo a atualização e a disponibilidade das informações;
  • Prestar apoio administrativo e operacional à área de Marketing, contribuindo para a organização das atividades e demandas da equipe;
  • Apoiar a organização de eventos, materiais, documentos e ações de Marketing;
  • Acompanhar prazos e pendências das atividades sob sua responsabilidade, comunicando necessidades de ajuste às áreas envolvidas;
  • Atuar em conjunto com as equipes Comercial e de Marketing, contribuindo para a organização e a eficiência dos processos internos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência de 1 a 2 anos em atividades administrativas, comerciais ou de suporte a áreas de negócio;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel, incluindo organização de planilhas, filtros e utilização de fórmulas;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhar atividades e prazos.
  • Facilidade para utilizar sistemas e ferramentas administrativas. Destaca se tiver
  • Conhecimento ou experiência com o sistema SAP;
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
  • Experiência anterior em rotinas da área Comercial;
  • Vivência em atividades de apoio administrativo ou operacional ao Marketing.
