Qual será sua missão aqui na Macfor?

Como profissional de Mídias Pagas, você será responsável por planejar, executar, monitorar e otimizar campanhas de mídia digital, buscando maximizar resultados e contribuir para o crescimento dos nossos clientes. Seu papel será transformar dados em estratégias, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e desenvolver campanhas eficientes nas principais plataformas de anúncios, sempre com foco em performance, inovação e resultados.

Principais responsabilidades incluem:

  • Planejar, configurar, monitorar e otimizar campanhas de mídia paga, de acordo com os objetivos de cada cliente;
  • Acompanhar orçamentos, indicadores de performance e resultados das campanhas;
  • Analisar dados e elaborar relatórios com insights e recomendações estratégicas;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar ações para aumentar a eficiência dos investimentos;
  • Planejar e executar testes A/B para aprimorar o desempenho das campanhas;
  • Desenvolver estratégias de remarketing e retargeting;
  • Acompanhar tendências, ferramentas e novas oportunidades no mercado de marketing digital;
  • Contribuir para o alcance das metas e para a evolução contínua dos resultados dos clientes;
  • Colaborar com diferentes áreas, compartilhando análises e conhecimentos para fortalecer as estratégias de performance.

O que buscamos em você?

  • Experiência com Mídias Pagas, Tráfego Pago ou Marketing de Performance;
  • Conhecimento em plataformas como Google Ads e Meta Ads;
  • Familiaridade com Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager e Meta Pixel;
  • Experiência com análise de métricas, indicadores de performance e elaboração de relatórios;
  • Conhecimento em remarketing, retargeting e otimização de campanhas;
  • Domínio de ferramentas como Google Sheets ou Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Experiência em agências de marketing digital será um diferencial;
  • Certificações Google Ads e Meta serão consideradas conforme os requisitos da oportunidade.
