Qual será sua missão aqui na Macfor?

  • Transformar briefings e ideias em vídeos, animações e conteúdos visuais com qualidade, ritmo e impacto;
  • Criar e editar conteúdos para diferentes formatos e canais, como Reels, Stories, vídeos para mídia, apresentações e conteúdos institucionais;
  • Desenvolver animações e peças de motion graphics utilizando After Effects;
  • Editar vídeos utilizando Premiere Pro, trabalhando ritmo, narrativa, cortes, trilha, texto e elementos gráficos;
  • Adaptar conceitos criativos para diferentes formatos e necessidades dos clientes;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com os times de Criação, Planejamento, Mídia e Atendimento;
  • Organizar seus projetos e arquivos, garantindo qualidade e cumprimento dos prazos.

O que estamos buscando na sua posição?

  • Experiência prática como Motion Designer, Editor de Vídeo ou em uma posição híbrida de Motion + Edição;
  • Portfólio que demonstre qualidade em motion graphics, edição de vídeo e conteúdos para redes sociais;
  • Bom domínio de After Effects e Premiere Pro;
  • Boa percepção de ritmo, edição, composição, tipografia e linguagem audiovisual;
  • Capacidade de transformar um briefing ou conceito criativo em uma execução visual bem resolvida;
  • Capacidade de desenvolver peças a partir de um briefing, utilizando referências e recursos disponíveis de forma criativa;
  • Conhecimento dos principais formatos e especificações de vídeo para redes sociais e mídia digital;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos; Perfil colaborativo, criativo, curioso e aberto a aprender novas ferramentas e formatos.

Será considerado um diferencial:

  • Conhecimento de Photoshop e Illustrator;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de IA aplicadas a vídeo, imagem ou criação;
  • Experiência com projetos de diferentes segmentos e formatos.
