Qual será sua Missão aqui na Macfor?

  • Executar prospecção outbound, mapeando e abordando leads em segmentos B2B estratégicos por múltiplos canais (e-mail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, ligação e presencial em eventos);
  • Executar e gerenciar fluxos de cadência ativos;
  • Qualificar e agendar reuniões (SALs) com decisores e C-levels de grandes contas enterprise, dentro de ciclos de venda longos e consultivos;
  • Realizar inteligência de conta antes de cada abordagem, entendendo o contexto do lead para personalizar a comunicação;
  • Apoiar os closers no pré-discovery: organização de informações, levantamento de dados estratégicos da conta e suporte na estruturação de propostas;
  • Participar de projetos de ABM em paralelo à prospecção outbound, contribuindo com inteligência e execução;
  • Marcar presença em eventos de negócios para prospecção presencial quando necessário, com disponibilidade para deslocamento eventual.

  • Perfil resiliente para ciclos de venda longos e consultivos;
  • Experiência com grandes contas e interlocução com C-levels - diferencial;

  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e automação de cadência - diferencial;
  • Disponibilidade para participar de eventos presenciais de negócios quando necessário.
