Qual será sua missão aqui na Macfor?

  • Desenvolver e adaptar textos para redes sociais e canais digitais, abrangendo posts orgânicos, patrocinados e carrosséis;
  • Criar artigos e blog posts sobre o agronegócio com foco estratégico em SEO e performance;
  • Apoiar a redação e a estruturação narrativa de roteiros para vídeos e campanhas;
  • Transformar temas complexos do agronegócio em comunicação clara, relevante e envolvente, conectando-se à linguagem e ao comportamento do público agro;
  • Revisar materiais e conteúdos técnicos para garantir a preservação rigorosa da precisão agronômica e da credibilidade da informação;
  • Contribuir proativamente com pautas e ideias editoriais que unam conteúdo, estratégia de marca e foco em performance;
  • Atuar em sinergia com as equipes de planejamento, criação, mídia e atendimento, assegurando consistência na linguagem e evolução contínua na comunicação do cliente.

O que estamos buscando na sua posição?

  • Formação em áreas técnicas do setor, como Engenharia Agronômica ou Técnico Agrícola;
  • Experiência prática e comprovada com redação e produção de conteúdo para o agronegócio, com passagens por agências, cooperativas, empresas de insumos, portais ou blogs especializados;
  • Familiaridade aprofundada com culturas agrícolas, com destaque estratégico para soja, milho, algodão e feijão;
  • Excelente domínio da língua portuguesa para transformar assuntos técnicos densos em uma comunicação simples, interessante e envolvente;
  • Capacidade de preservar o rigor e a precisão agronômica das informações sem perder a clareza, a fluidez e a qualidade criativa;
  • Autonomia e maturidade profissional para conduzir a rotina de publicações e entregas com organização, agilidade e pouca supervisão.
