The posting

Agir en tant que partie prenante experte processus lors d'ateliers organisés par la Sécurité afin d'intégrer les activités à risque dans les processus. Documenter les processus métier actuels (AS IS) et les processus cibles (TO BE) en collaboration avec les experts métiers. Documenter de matière structurée, en offrant une vision globale, tout en détaillant les éléments jusqu'au niveau des activités spécifiques. Organiser et animer des ateliers pour identifier les besoins métiers, clarifier les objectifs et résoudre les problèmes organisationnels. Assurer lintégration des processus documentés dans la cartographie dentreprise de RESA ainsi que le niveau de criticité.

Selon les besoins des projets, le Business process analyst sera assigné à différents projets.

Ces activités auront lieu dans les locaux de RESA au moins 3 jours par semaine (le reste des prestations pouvant être effectués à distance).

Context

Dans le cadre de la mise en conformité aux exigences de la Directive NIS2 sur la cybersécurité et du projet BCP (Business Continuity Plan), RESA, désignée entité critique par le Ministère de lÉconomie, recherche un(e) Business/Process Analyste pour accompagner ces projets stratégiques. Vous serez impliqué(e) dans la documentation des processus métier, lidentification des risques et la mise en place de solutions pour garantir la résilience des systèmes d'information et la continuité des activités.

Expérience en tant que process analyst (documentation as is, KPI's, amélioration continue)Medior (3 to 5 years) ( 5,00 years )Must have

Expérience en tant que Business Analyst dans des projets inhérent à la sécurité de l'informationMedior (3 to 5 years)

Animation de workshops avec des experts métiersMedior (3 to 5 years)

Expérience au sein d'un GRD Yes
