En ben je in staat die inzichten om te zetten in digitale ontwikkelingen van toepassingen die onze distributiepartners in staat stellen om die service elke dag waar te maken? Dan ben jij de persoon die wij zoeken!Bouw mee aan de digitalisering van onze dienstverlening en zet kansen en uitdagingen om in concrete ideeën en projecten. Klaar om een verschil te maken? Digitale noden en verwachtingen van onze distributiepartners kennen voor jou geen geheimen meer en je bijt je erin vast om deze in kaart te brengen. Opvolgen van digitale evoluties rond dienstverlening is je passie en je weet hoe je verschillende scenarios voor digitalisatie kan uitwerken. Je hebt een gedegen ervaring met innovatieve projecten en je weet hoe je samen met analisten en ontwikkelaars toepassingen oplevert die het verschil maken. Je werkt samen met je collegas van de diverse business domeinen en van IT aan digitale projecten. Je verliest hierbij de eindgebruikers nooit uit het oog: je luistert naar hen en gaat met hen in dialoog om ervoor te zorgen dat de applicaties nog beter aansluiten bij hun noden. Wat heb jij te bieden als Product Owner Engage? Je bent een ervaren professional met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het leiden van innovatieve projecten, customer journey design en/of digitaliseringsprojecten. Je kan je verplaatsen in de noden van gebruikers, en dit omzetten in concrete voorstellen.Je werkt autonoom en je hebt sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent in staat om het globale plaatje te zien, te werken aan de langetermijnvisie, maar steekt tegelijkertijd ook de handen uit de mouwen om concrete resultaten te boeken op korte termijn. Je spreekt vloeiend Frans of Nederlands en kan jezelf daarnaast goed uitdrukken in het Engels. Je hebt genoeg commerciële flair om het gezicht te zijn van de applicaties naar eindgebruikers toe. Er wordt gewerkt in Hybride manier van werken. Aanwezigheid is vereist op wekelijkse basis, ca. 2 à 3 dagen per week. Het team komt samen op dinsdag en donderdag.
