Als ICT service support agent sta je in voor de uitbating van de verschillende toepassingen van het Geografisch domein (GIS) en het domein van de assettoepassingen en technische databanken (AM) van Fluvius.

Uw functie omhelst diverse taken in het incident management, problem management, change & release proces en configuration management.

Je levert second-line support

Je behandelt en lost tickets op in het kader van het incident management process.

Je past nauwgezet de werkwijzen in het kader van het change en release management process toe. Go-lives

kunnen plaatsvinden in het weekend

Je geeft Technische ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers;

dit omvat oa :

- technische assistentie over vragen ivm slecht geïnstalleerde software,

- ontbrekende rechten

- vragen ivm configuraties of userinterfaces

Je maakt een diagnose bij algemene incidenten (problemen met server, databank, netwerk) en initieert zelf de nodige kanalen om

de incidenten zo snel mogelijk op te lossen

Je werkt actief mee in problemteams

Je maakt service desk scripts aan

Je vult de kennisdatabank aan

Je onderhoudt de CMDB volgens de afspraken vastgelegd in het Configuration Management Plan

Context

Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het verlenen van support.

Je hebt een analytische geest, bent leergierig

Je hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin en werkt klantgericht

Je hebt de vaardigheid om oplossingsgericht te werken en het doorzettingsvermogen om een probleem op te lossen

Je werkt graag in teamverband

Aantoonbare ervaring als support medewerker in een ICT omgeving - junior 1 jaar

Aantoonbare ervaring met relationele databanken (Oracle, SQL en PL/SQL) - junior 1 jaar

Aantoonbare werkervaring in gebruikersondersteuning - junior 1 jaar

Aantoonbare ervaring met datamodelling - junior 1 jaar

Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2.

Aantoonbare ervaring met ESRI software, ArcGISPro en ArcGIS Server
