En tant qu'UX Designer expérimenté, vous concevez des interfaces conviviales et améliorez continuellement l'expérience utilisateur de nos applications.

Concrètement, vous participez à l'analyse des besoins et veillez à connaître les utilisateurs et leur environnement afin de déterminer au mieux les exigences des applications.

Vous déterminez et planifiez les méthodes de recherche et participez au recrutement des participants pour collecter les informations nécessaires (entretiens, enquêtes, focus groups, tests utilisateurs...).

Vous proposez la solution la plus adaptée et concevez les interfaces low et high fidelity (mobile first prototyping).

Vous assistez les analystes et les développeurs dans la conception des interfaces utilisateurs et vous vous assurez que l'application développée répond aux exigences des utilisateurs et de leur environnement.

Vous veillez à ce que la conception graphique des applications respecte les normes d'accessibilité.

Vous mettez en place la gouvernance d'un styleguide.

Vous contribuez à la conception des services (Service Design) en proposant des solutions orientées utilisateurs. Pour y parvenir, vous suivez le processus de création itératif et en laboratoire.

Tout au long des projets, vous entretenez une communication régulière et efficace avec les clients et l'équipe.

Vous êtes bilingue (français et néerlandais)

Functie

Als UX Designer confirmed ontwerp je gebruiksvriendelijke interfaces en verbeter je voortdurend de gebruikerservaring van onze toepassingen en websites.

Concreet neem je deel aan de behoeftenanalyse en zorg je ervoor dat je de gebruikers en hun omgeving kent om de vereisten van de toepassingen zo goed mogelijk te bepalen.

Je bepaalt en plant de onderzoeksmethoden en helpt deelnemers te werven om de nodige informatie te verzamelen (interviews, enquêtes, focusgroepen, gebruikerstests, enz.).

Je stelt de meest geschikte oplossing voor enontwerpt de interfaces low et high fidelity (mobile first prototyping).

Je assisteert de analisten en ontwikkelaars bij het ontwerp van de gebruikersinterfaces en zorgt ervoor dat de ontwikkelde applicatie voldoet aan de eisen van de gebruikers en hun omgeving.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de grafische vormgeving van de toepassingen wordt gecontroleerd in overeenstemming met de toegankelijkheidsrichtlijnen.

Je zet de governance van een styleguide op.

Je draagt bij aan het ontwerp van diensten (Service Design) door gebruikersgerichte oplossingen voor te stellen. Om dit te bereiken volg je het iteratieve en laboratieve creatieproces.

Doorheen de projecten onderhoud je een regelmatige en doeltreffende communicatie met de klanten en het team.

Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans).
