Dans le cadre d’un renfort d’activité, nous recherchons un·e Assistant·e médical·e disponible rapidement pour rejoindre notre équipe du Centre Médical de la Servette.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement collaboratif et bienveillant, où la qualité de l’accueil et la prise en charge des patient·es sont au cœur de nos priorités.

Votre rôle

Le poste comporte principalement des activités administratives et de secrétariat médical, complétées par des soins techniques courants.

  • Accueil des patient·es et gestion des appels
  • Organisation des rendez-vous et suivi des dossiers médicaux
  • Gestion administrative et utilisation du logiciel Mediway
  • Réalisation de soins courants (prises de sang, injections, etc.)
  • Soutien aux médecins et participation au bon fonctionnement du centre

Votre profil

  • CFC d’Assistant·e médical·e ou formation équivalente reconnue en Suisse
  • Droit de pratique cantonal valide
  • Aisance dans les tâches administratives et relationnelles
  • Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et esprit d’équipe
  • Disponibilité rapide indispensable
  • La connaissance de Mediway et la maîtrise d’une deuxième langue sont des atouts

Les conditions

  • CDD jusqu’au 31 décembre 2026
  • Taux d’activité de 80 % (32 h/semaine)
  • Jour de congé à convenir, avec le mercredi travaillé
  • Horaires fixes du lundi au vendredi
  • 5 semaines de vacances, au prorata temporis
  • 13e salaire inclus, versé sur 12 mensualités
