Spécialiste FMH en pneumologie

Votre futur rôle au sein de Magellan

  • Assurer la prise en charge globale et personnalisée des patient·es souffrant de pathologies respiratoires chroniques ou aiguës au sein d’un centre à taille humaine.

Vous êtes

  • Spécialiste en médecine interne générale FMH ou titre reconnu MEBEKO
  • Titulaire d’un droit de pratique cantonal comme médecin indépendant
  • Titulaire d’un droit de facturation à charge de l'AOS

Processus de recrutement

  1. Analyse de votre candidature et premier entretien (directions médicale et générale).
  2. Présentation détaillée du Groupe Magellan, de ses valeurs et échanges autour de vos attentes, besoins spécifiques et outils mis à disposition.
  3. Visite(s) possible(s) des centres médicaux, rencontre de la direction médicale locale.
  4. En cas d’accord mutuel : transmission d’une convention de confidentialité, convention de collaboration et simulateur de rémunération.
  5. Préparation de votre arrivée avec les équipes supports : organisation des premiers rendez-vous, mise à disposition d’outils digitaux, aménagement de l’espace de travail.
  6. Intégration personnalisée pour démarrer la pneumologie sereinement chez Magellan.
