Votre rôle

En tant qu’Assistant·e médical·e, vous jouez un rôle central dans la qualité des soins.

Vous êtes à la fois un soutien technique des médecins, interlocuteur·trice privilégié·e des patient·es et acteur·trice de la qualité des soins, vous contribuez au quotidien à une prise en charge efficace, sécurisée et humain

Vos missions principales

Accueil et gestion administrative :

  • Accueillir les patient·es et assurer leur orientation au sein du centre
  • Gérer les appels téléphoniques et la prise de rendez-vous
  • Organiser les agendas des différents prestataires
  • Assurer la gestion administrative des dossiers patients dans le logiciel Mediway
  • Contrôler et transmettre la facturation
  • Gérer les e-mails et les fax

Soins médicaux et accompagnement des patient.es :

  • Réaliser les soins techniques ambulatoires : prises de sang, injections, pansements, ECG, aérosols, perfusions
  • Effectuer différents tests rapides : D-dimères, CRP, troponines, Quick, glycémie capillaire, tests urinaires (grossesse, Hp Stix), uricult
  • Poser les dispositifs de mesure : MAPA, Holter ECG, oxymétrie nocturne
  • Assister les médecins lors des consultations et de petites interventions (sutures, prélèvements…)

Hygiène, qualité et sécurité :

  • Appliquer les protocoles d’hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur
  • Réaliser les contrôles qualité internes
  • Assurer le suivi du matériel médical
  • Gérer l’élimination des déchets médicaux selon les normes en vigueur

  • Une coordinatrice de centre, garante de l’organisation quotidienne
  • Un directeur médical, qui coordonne la qualité des pratiques
  • L’équipe de gestion et fonctions support (Management, RH, finances, communication), qui vous soutient.

Votre profil

  • CFC d’Assistant·e médical·e reconnu en Suisse
  • Droit de pratique cantonal valide
  • Attestation de pose de voie veineuse
  • Maîtrise des soins techniques ambulatoires
  • Formateur.trice d'apprenti.e, un atout
  • Sens de l’accueil et excellent relationnel avec les patient·es
  • Personne organisée, réactive et autonome
  • À l’aise avec les outils informatiques (connaissance de Mediway, un atout)
  • Esprit d’équipe et envie de contribuer à une dynamique collective positive
  • Maîtrise d’une deuxième langue, un atout
