Votre rôle

Au cœur du centre médical, vous assurez une prise en charge globale des patient·es en combinant soins techniques, coordination et gestion administrative.

Vos missions principales

  • Gérer les appels téléphoniques, la prise de rendez-vous et la gestion des agendas en fonction des priorités
  • Gérer les dossiers patients et les tâches administratives via Mediway (mise à jour, facturation, documents, mails)
  • Assurer le suivi des patient·es pour garantir une prise en charge fluide et sécurisée
  • Réaliser les soins techniques ambulatoires : prises de sang, injections, pansements, ECG, aérosols, perfusions
  • Poser et suivre les dispositifs médicaux (MAPA, Holter, oxymétrie, etc.)
  • Effectuer différents tests : D-dimères, CRP, troponines, Quick, glycémie capillaire, tests urinaires (grossesse, Hp Stix), uricult
  • Assister les médecins lors des consultations et de petites interventions (sutures, prélèvements…)
  • Participer au bon fonctionnement du centre et au respect des protocoles qualité

Votre profil

  • CFC d’Assistant·e médical·e reconnu en Suisse
  • Expérience attendue entre 1 et 5 ans
  • Maîtrise des soins techniques ambulatoires
  • Sens de l’accueil et relationnel bienveillant avec les patient·es
  • Personne organisée, réactive et autonome
  • Esprit d’équipe et envie de contribuer à une dynamique collective positive
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques (Mediway : un plus)
  • Maîtrise d’une 2ᵉ langue, un atout
