Votre futur rôle chez Magellan

  • Assurer une prise en charge globale et personnalisée des jeunes patient·es (enfants et adolescent·es), en collaboration étroite avec leur famille et les différents intervenant·es du réseau de soins si besoin.

Vous êtes

  • Spécialiste en médecine interne générale FMH ou titre reconnu MEBEKO
  • Titulaire d’un droit de pratique cantonal comme médecin indépendant
  • Titulaire d’un droit de facturation à charge de l'AOS

Processus de recrutement

  1. Analyse de votre candidature et premier entretien (directions médicale et générale).
  2. Présentation détaillée du Groupe Magellan et de ses valeurs : échange sur vos attentes, sur nos outils et vos besoins spécifiques liés à la pédopsychiatrie.
  3. Visite(s) de centres médicaux possibles, rencontre avec la direction médicale locale.
  4. En cas d’accord mutuel : signature d’une convention de confidentialité, convention de collaboration, mise à disposition d’un simulateur de revenus.
  5. Préparation de votre intégration : planification des premiers rendez-vous, mise en place des outils digitaux, aménagement du bureau, information des équipes support.
  6. Accompagnement dédié lors de la prise de fonction pour assurer une transition sereine et progressive.
