Votre rôle chez Magellan

Vous êtes

  • Spécialiste en médecine interne générale FMH ou titre reconnu MEBEKO
  • Titulaire d’un droit de pratique cantonal comme médecin indépendant
  • Titulaire d’un droit de facturation à charge de l'AOS

Processus de recrutement

  1. Analyse de votre dossier et premier entretien (directions médicale et générale).
  2. Présentation détaillée du Groupe Magellan et de ses valeurs : échanges sur vos attentes spécifiques, outils mis à disposition, besoins particuliers.
  3. Visite(s) de centres médicaux possibles, rencontre avec la direction médicale locale.
  4. En cas d’accord mutuel : transmission d’une convention de confidentialité, convention de collaboration et simulateur de revenus.
  5. Préparation avec les équipes support : organisation des premiers rendez-vous, outils digitaux, aménagement du bureau.
  6. Intégration personnalisée pour un démarrage en toute sérénité.
