Mô tả công việc:

  • Quản lý trung tâm, lưu trữ hồ sơ, quản lý cơ sở vật chất.
  • Trực điện thoại: Nhận, chuyển và trực tiếp gọi điện cho khách hàng khi cần (Phụ huynh, Học sinh).
  • Tiếp nhận và xử lý các tài liệu, thư từ, công văn.
  • Điểm danh, ghi nhận báo vắng cho phụ huynh.
  • Chuẩn bị các công việc văn phòng (in ấn, decor phòng học).
  • Hỗ trợ các công việc hành chính liên quan (mua văn phòng phẩm) và dịch vụ khách hàng, kết nối khách hàng với các bộ phận liên quan (tư vấn viên, giáo viên,…).
  • Tiếp nhận và giải quyết khiếu nại, phản hồi của phụ huynh và học viên.
  • Thực hiện công tác thu tiền học phí của học sinh hàng tháng.
  • Hỗ trợ các hoạt động Marketing cho Manabie Việt Nam.
  • Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác được giao từ Quản lý trung tâm.

Thời gian làm việc: Có thể xoay ca linh hoạt Khu vực Đông Anh: Tối thiểu 7 ca/ tuần

  • T2, T4, T5: 17:00 - 22:00
  • T7 & CN: 7:00 - 12:00, 13:30 - 17:30, 17:00 - 22:00

Khu vực Đống Đa & Cầu Giấy: Tối thiểu 6 ca/ tuần

  • T7 & CN: 7:45 - 11:30, 13:45 - 17:30
  • T2, T4, & CN: 17:45 - 22:00

Khu vực Hai Bà Trưng: Tối thiểu 6 ca/ tuần

  • T4, & T5: 6:45 - 11:30
  • T2, T4, T5, & T6: 13:15 - 17:30

Yêu cầu:

  • Sinh viên năm 2,3 các trường ĐH, CĐ có thể làm việc lâu dài.
  • Tính cách thân thiện, cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, biết sắp xếp công việc hợp lý.
  • Trung thực, nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát.
  • Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng.
  • Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt.
