VAI TRÒ CÔNG VIỆC JOB ROLE

Senior Educator là nhân sự đồng hành trực tiếp cùng Center Lead trên cả hai mảng: chuyên môn học thuật (giảng dạy, phát triển học liệu, đào tạo giáo viên) và vận hành sản phẩm giáo dục AI/STEM tại trường (điều phối, kiểm soát chất lượng, cải tiến quy trình). Vị trí này vừa là người trực tiếp làm chuyên môn, vừa dẫn dắt và mentor một nhóm giáo viên nhỏ, đảm bảo chương trình được triển khai đúng chất lượng và đúng cam kết với nhà trường.

The Senior Educator is a key member who works side by side with the Center Lead across two areas: academic expertise (teaching, content development, teacher training) and product operations for AI/STEM programs at schools (coordination, quality control, process improvement). The role is both a hands-on practitioner and a mentor leading a small teacher team, ensuring programs are delivered to the right quality and commitments to partner schools.

A. TRÁCH NHIỆM HỌC THUẬT ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Giảng dạy & Chất lượng chuyên môn Teaching & Academic Quality

Trọng tâm chính / Core focus

  • Trực tiếp giảng dạy các lớp AI/STEM tại trường và làm giáo viên mẫu (demo) cho các buổi pitch, dự giờ, sự kiện.

Directly teach AI/STEM classes and serve as the demo/model teacher for pitches, class observations and events.

  • Nắm chắc khung chương trình AISE, đảm bảo nội dung giảng dạy đúng chuẩn, phù hợp cấp học và tâm lý học sinh THCS/THPT.

Master the AISE curriculum framework; ensure teaching content meets standards and fits middle/high school students.

  • Dự giờ, đánh giá và phản hồi chất lượng giảng dạy của giáo viên trong nhóm; đề xuất hành động cải thiện.

Observe, assess and give feedback on team teachers' quality; propose improvement actions.

2. Phát triển học liệu Content Development

  • Thiết kế và chuẩn hóa giáo án chi tiết, slide bài giảng và hoạt động tương tác cho chương trình AI/STEM.

Design and standardize detailed lesson plans, slides and interactive activities for AI/STEM programs.

  • Sản xuất và rà soát học liệu ở quy mô lớp theo tiến độ khung chương trình; kiểm soát chất lượng trước khi bàn giao.

Produce and review learning materials at class scale per curriculum timeline; quality-check before handover.

3. Đào tạo & Dẫn dắt đội ngũ Training & Team Leadership

Có dẫn dắt team nhỏ / Small-team leadership

  • Onboarding, đào tạo và mentor giáo viên mới; tổ chức buổi chia sẻ chuyên môn và huấn luyện thực hành.

Onboard, train and mentor new teachers; run experience-sharing and hands-on coaching sessions.

  • Phân công, theo dõi và hỗ trợ nhóm giáo viên nhỏ để đảm bảo năng lực đồng đều và ổn định chất lượng.

Assign, track and support a small teacher team to keep capability consistent and quality stable.

B. TRÁCH NHIỆM VẬN HÀNH SẢN PHẨM PRODUCT OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES

4. Điều phối & Triển khai tại trường Coordination & School Delivery

Trọng tâm chính / Core focus

  • Lập và quản lý lịch dạy tại các trường ở Hà Nội; điều phối đúng người – đúng lớp – đúng thời điểm, có phương án giáo viên dự phòng.

Build and manage teaching schedules across Hanoi schools; coordinate the right teacher/class/time with backup plans.

  • Theo dõi tiến độ triển khai theo từng trường/lớp: số buổi đã dạy, số buổi còn lại, tỷ lệ hoàn thành, tình trạng học liệu và rủi ro.

Track delivery per school/class: sessions taught, remaining, completion rate, material status and risks.

  • Xử lý sự cố vận hành (giáo viên vắng, đổi lịch, thiếu thiết bị/học liệu) theo quy trình và cập nhật hệ thống theo dõi.

Handle operational incidents (teacher absence, reschedule, missing devices/materials) per protocol and update the tracker.

5. Phối hợp nhà trường & Hỗ trợ kinh doanh School Partnership & Sales Support

  • Là đầu mối chuyên môn với nhà trường: xác nhận lịch, báo cáo tiến độ, tiếp nhận và xử lý phản hồi dựa trên bằng chứng.

Serve as the academic point of contact with schools: confirm schedules, report progress, handle feedback evidence-based.

  • Hỗ trợ demo, pitch và cá nhân hóa nội dung theo phản hồi của ban giám hiệu để nâng chất lượng chào chương trình.

Support demos, pitches and personalize content per principal feedback to strengthen program proposals.

6. Chuẩn hóa quy trình & Cải tiến Process & Improvement

  • Duy trì và đề xuất cải tiến SOP, checklist, biểu mẫu và file theo dõi để chương trình vận hành phù hợp với Hà Nội.

Maintain and improve SOPs, checklists, forms and trackers so operations run in Ha Noi.

  • Tổng hợp báo cáo tuần/tháng cho Center Lead; đề xuất cải tiến dựa trên dữ liệu và sự cố thực tế (tư duy PDCA).

Consolidate weekly/monthly reports for the Center Lead; propose data- and incident-driven improvements (PDCA).

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bằng cấp và kinh nghiệm Qualifications

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Sư phạm, CNTT, Quản lý giáo dục hoặc liên quan; ưu tiên có nền tảng/chứng chỉ AI/STEM.

University degree in Education, IT, Educational Management or related; AI/STEM background/certificate preferred.

  • Tối thiểu 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy hoặc phát triển chương trình, ưu tiên đã từng dẫn dắt/mentor giáo viên.

At least 2–3 years teaching or curriculum development experience; leading/mentoring teachers is a plus.

  • Có kinh nghiệm vận hành/điều phối triển khai chương trình tại trường là lợi thế lớn.

Experience in program operations/school delivery coordination is a strong advantage.

Kiến thức, kỹ năng, năng lực Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Năng lực chuyên môn AI/STEM vững, biết thiết kế giáo án và tổ chức lớp học tạo hứng thú cho học sinh.

Solid AI/STEM expertise; able to design lessons and run engaging classes.

  • Tư duy vận hành và tổ chức tốt: sắp xếp lịch nhiều lớp/giáo viên, làm việc theo quy trình và dựa trên bằng chứng.

Strong operational & organizational thinking: multi-class/teacher scheduling, process- and evidence-driven work.

  • Thành thạo Excel/Google Sheets (bảng theo dõi, dashboard cơ bản), Word/Docs và công cụ quản lý công việc.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (trackers, basic dashboards), Word/Docs and task-management tools.

  • Kỹ năng dẫn dắt, mentor và giao tiếp chuyên nghiệp với giáo viên, nhà trường và phụ huynh.

Leadership, mentoring and professional communication with teachers, schools and parents.
