ANALISTA DE ATRAÇÃO E SELEÇÃO PL | JOINVILLE (SC)

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

•Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção de ponta a ponta para diferentes níveis e áreas;

•Realizar alinhamento de perfil com gestores, atuando de forma consultiva;

•Elaborar estratégias de atração e divulgação de vagas;

•Realizar triagem de currículos, entrevistas por competências e aplicação de avaliações, quando necessário;

•Apresentar pareceres e recomendações aos gestores;

•Garantir uma experiência positiva aos candidatos durante todo o processo seletivo;

•Acompanhar indicadores e métricas de recrutamento, propondo melhorias contínuas;

•Atuar em projetos relacionados à marca empregadora e atração de talentos;

•Construir e manter relacionamento com gestores e stakeholders internos.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

•Graduação completa em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;

•Experiência com recrutamento e seleção de ponta a ponta;

•Vivência com vagas operacionais, administrativas, técnicas e/ou estratégicas;

•Conhecimento em entrevistas por competências;

•Experiência com ATS e plataformas de recrutamento;

•Pacote Office intermediário;

•Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de gestão de múltiplos processos.

•Experiência em consultoria de recrutamento ou ambiente de alto volume;

•Conhecimento em indicadores de Talent Acquisition;

•Vivência com projetos de Employer Branding;

•Experiência em recrutamento para áreas comerciais e mercado financeiro.
