\\ O QUE BUSCAMOS

ASSESSOR(A) DE INVESTIMENTOS | BANCO DE TALENTOS

PARA AS CIDADES: Joinville, Florianópolis, Criciúma, Chapecó, Blumenau, Itajaí, São Bento do Sul, Jaraguá do Sul, Curitiba, São Paulo, Guarulhos, Presidente Prudente, Santos, Ribeirão Preto e Belo Horizonte.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

• Elaboração e acompanhamento de planos financeiros personalizados, com o objetivo de ajudar os clientes a atingirem suas metas de curto, médio e longo prazo, por meio de estratégias de investimento adequadas ao seu perfil e necessidades;

• Manter uma comunicação regular e proativa com os clientes para revisar o desempenho de suas carteiras e ajustar a estratégia conforme necessário;

• Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes, fornecendo suporte e orientação em todas as questões financeiras;

• Identificar necessidades e perfil de risco dos clientes;

• Propor soluções de investimentos adequadas a cada perfil.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

• Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em uma de nossas filiais;

• Registro na Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) como Agente Autônomo de Investimentos ou outras certificações exigidas pela legislação vigente.

• Paixão por construir e/ou crescer sua carreira no mercado financeiro;

• Paixão pela área comercial;

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de construir relacionamentos de confiança com os clientes;

• Proatividade e orientação para resultados, com a capacidade de identificar oportunidades de negócio e agir proativamente para alcançá-las.

DIFERENCIAIS

• Certificações do mercado financeiro: CFP, CEA;

• Graduação completa ou cursando;

• Pós-graduação;

• Experiência prévia com Mercado Financeiro.
