\\ O QUE BUSCAMOS

ASSISTENTE FINANCEIRO | JOINVILLE (SC)

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

• Apoiar as rotinas de Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber;

• Realizar lançamentos, conferências e controles financeiros;

• Realizar o lançamento de pedidos de compra no sistema;

• Emitir boletos e acompanhar recebimentos;

• Realizar lançamentos e movimentações no sistema bancário e SAP Business One;

• Realizar conciliação de cartões de crédito;

• Apoiar o acompanhamento orçamentário e o controle das despesas por Centro de Custo (CdC);

• Acompanhar e conferir solicitações de reembolso via plataforma Paytrack, incluindo a manutenção dos usuários;

• Realizar conciliações e conferências de informações financeiras;

• Elaborar e atualizar relatórios e controles financeiros;

• Apoiar as rotinas de fechamento financeiro e a organização de documentos e informações da área;

• Apoiar a elaboração de reports e indicadores financeiros;

• Atender e acompanhar demandas financeiras junto às demais áreas da empresa;

• Apoiar a organização e melhoria dos processos e controles da área financeira.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

• Graduação completa ou cursando em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira, Economia ou áreas correlatas;

• Experiência prévia em rotinas financeiras;

• Conhecimento em Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber;

• Conhecimento em conciliação financeira e de cartão de crédito;

• Conhecimento em acompanhamento orçamentário e controle de despesas;

• Domínio do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel;

• Perfil organizado, analítico e atento aos detalhes;

• Boa comunicação e capacidade de organização e acompanhamento de demandas;

• Proatividade e disposição para aprender e apoiar as diferentes rotinas da área.
