As a Team Leader, you'll lead the delivery and day-to-day operation of Etrop Grange, a 69-bed temporary accommodation service for single people and couples experiencing homelessness, many of whom have complex needs and a history of rough sleeping. You will provide effective leadership to staff, ensure high-quality support for residents, and oversee the safe and efficient running of the service.

  • Provide leadership, supervision and performance management for staff, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Oversee support planning, safeguarding, service performance and resident outcomes, ensuring legal and organisational requirements are met.
  • Work with colleagues, residents, partner agencies and stakeholders including health services, support providers, housing partners and criminal justice agencies.
  • Support homelessness prevention initiatives, service improvement projects and complex casework to help residents achieve sustainable move-on outcomes.

For queries about the role, please contact the hiring manager, Denise Holcroft, at [email protected] to arrange a convenient time to discuss the role. This route is for vacancy-related enquiries only and should not be used to submit applications.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
