Mandag.ai er et teknologidrevet rekrutteringsselskap spesialisert innen Teknologi, IT og Engineering i det norske og nordiske markedet. Vi er ikke et tradisjonelt byrå. Vi har bygget et konsept, en plattform og en metodikk som skiller seg fundamentalt fra måten bransjen har jobbet på i årevis — og kundene merker forskjellen. Vi samarbeider med selskaper som NTT Data, Omnium, Reitan Gruppen, Sweco, XXL og Holio, og vi vokser.

Hvem vi ser etter

Vi ser etter partnere og medeiere som deler den overbevisningen.

Du har solid erfaring fra rekruttering, salg eller et fagmiljø innen tech og engineering. Du er relasjonsbygger av natur og er ikke redd for å skape kontakt der det ikke fantes noe fra før. Du brenner for kandidatopplevelsen og kunderelasjonen — ikke som et buzzword, men som noe du faktisk lever etter i det daglige.

Viktigst av alt: du vil bygge noe. Du vil ikke bare utføre. Du ønsker eierskap til det du skaper — kommersielt, faglig og strukturelt.
