Šiuo metu ieškome pastiprinimo ir kviečiame prisijungti į Apskaitos specialistę (-ą). „Mano banke“ tu būsi svarbi finansų komandos dalis, prisidedanti prie banko finansinės atskaitomybės, reguliacinės atitikties ir veiklos efektyvumo užtikrinimo. Dirbsi ne tik su kasdieniais apskaitos procesais, bet ir aktyviai prisidėsi prie jų tobulinimo, automatizavimo bei finansinės informacijos kokybės užtikrinimo.

ATSAKOMYBĖS

  • Organizuosi ir vykdysi banko veiklos išlaidų, pirkimų bei pardavimų apskaitą: nuo dokumentų surinkimo, rengimo, registravimo iki mokėjimų administravimo;
  • Rengsi finansines, mokestines ir reguliacines ataskaitas;
  • Kontroliuosi biudžetų vykdymą bei išlaidų limitų laikymąsi;
  • Dalyvausi finansinės atskaitomybės, inventorizacijos ir audito procesuose;
  • Konsultuosi kolegas apskaitos ir finansų klausimais;
  • Prisidėsi prie apskaitos procesų tobulinimo ir automatizavimo.

TIKIMĖS, KAD TU:

  • Turi aukštąjį išsilavinimą ekonomikos, finansų ar verslo administravimo srityje;
  • Turi ne mažesnę kaip 2 metų darbo patirtį apskaitos arba finansų srityje;
  • Išmanai apskaitos principus ir finansinių ataskaitų rengimą;
  • Turi gerus darbo su Excel ir kitų Office 365 įrankių įgūdžius ir gebi analizuoti finansinius duomenis.;
  • Esi atsakinga(-as), kruopšti(-us) ir gebi savarankiškai planuoti savo darbą;
  • Moki lietuvių ir anglų kalbas.

Būtų privalumas

  • Patirtis banke, finansų įstaigoje ar kitoje reguliuojamoje organizacijoje;
  • Patirtis rengiant ataskaitas Lietuvos bankui, VMI ar kitoms institucijoms;
  • Domėjimasis procesų automatizavimu ir efektyvinimu.

MES SIŪLOME

  • 2 570 – 3 200 € (neatskaičius mokesčių) darbo užmokestį;
  • Privatų sveikatos draudimą;
  • 3 papildomas poilsio dienas per metus (po bandomojo laikotarpio);
