ATSAKOMYBĖS

„Mano banke“ Tu nebūsi rutininių užduočių vykdytojas (-a). Kaip mūsų komandos narys (-ė) būsi savo procesų šeimininkas (-ė), dirbsi kartu su kolegomis iš kitų padalinių ir reikšmingai prisidėsi prie bendro rezultato.

  • Atlikti sustiprinto klientų tapatybės nustatymo (EDD) analizes, vertinant PP/TF ir tarptautinių sankcijų rizikas;
  • Analizuoti aukštos rizikos klientų veiklos modelius, sandorius, jų tarpusavio ryšius ir galimus rizikos scenarijus;
  • Vertinti PP/TF ir sankcijų rizikos valdymo priemonių efektyvumą bei nustatyti likutinę riziką;
  • Bendradarbiauti su Pinigų plovimo prevencijos ir Sankcijų pareigūnais, teikiant rekomendacijas dėl klientų rizikos valdymo;
  • Tinkamai dokumentuoti EDD analizių metu atliktus vertinimus, rengti išvadas ir rekomendacijas (žodžiu ir raštu);
  • Prisidėti prie EDD proceso, susijusių sistemų ir vidinių procedūrų tobulinimo;
  • Pagal kompetenciją vykdyti kitas vadovo pavestas užduotis.

TIKIMĖS, KAD TU:

  • Turi aukštąjį išsilavinimą;
  • Esi sukaupęs ne mažiau nei 3 metus patirties pinigų plovimo ir teroristų finansavimo prevencijos (PPTFP) srityje;
  • Tau tekę dirbti su aukštos rizikos klientais;
  • Turi geras PP/TF ir tarptautinių sankcijų reikalavimų žinias bei gebėjimą savarankiškai atpažinti įtartinumo kriterijus, sankcijų vengimo ar apėjimo atvejus;
  • Gebi savarankiškai rinkti tyrimams reikalingą informaciją ir kritiškai vertinti šaltinių patikimumą;
  • Esi analitinio mąstymo, atidus detalėms ir turi aukštą atsakomybės jausmą;
  • Esi iniciatyvus, gebi dirbti tiek savarankiškai, tiek komandoje;
  • Tavo geri bendravimo įgūdžiai ir esi lankstus pokyčių kontekste;
  • Moki anglų kalbą (raštu ir žodžiu); kitų kalbų mokėjimas – privalumas;
  • PPTFP srities sertifikatai (ACAMS, ICA ar kt.) – didelis privalumas.

  • 2500 - 3800 € (neatskaičius mokesčių) darbo užmokestį;
