Šiuo metu, įgyvendindami ambicingus 2026 m. banko augimo tikslus ir plėsdami naujus produktus – atsiskaitymų (acquiring) ir e‑komercijos sprendimus - ieškome pastiprinimo ir kviečiame prisijungti į Verslo klientų vadybininkės (-o) poziciją.

ATSAKOMYBĖS

„Mano banke“ Tu nebūsi rutininių užduočių vykdytoja (-as). Kaip mūsų komandos narė (-ys) būsi savo procesų šeimininkė (-as), dirbsi kartu su kolegomis iš kitų padalinių ir reikšmingai prisidėsi prie bendro rezultato.

  • Aktyviai dirbsi pritraukiant naujus verslo (juridinius) klientus;
  • Teiksi pasiūlymus esamiems ir potencialiems klientams;
  • Konsultuosi klientus dėl banko produktų ir paslaugų;
  • Aktyviai dirbsi su naujais banko produktais – atsiskaitymų ir e‑komercijos sprendimais;
  • Įgyvendinsi nustatytus pardavimo ir pajamų augimo tikslus;
  • Reprezentuosi banką renginiuose ir parodose;
  • Atliksi šaltus skambučius ir vystyti ilgalaikius santykius su klientais.

TIKIMĖS, KAD TU:

  • Turi aukštąjį išsilavinimą (ekonomikos, finansų ar verslo administravimo srityje – privalumas);
  • Gali konsultuoti klientus anglų kalba (žodžiu ir raštu);
  • Išmanai bankines paslaugas ir produktus; atsiskaitymų (acquiring) ar e‑komercijos sprendimų supratimas – didelis privalumas;
  • Turi patirties dirbant su klientais ir gebi valdyti sudėtingas ar konfliktines situacijas;
  • Esi orientuota (-as) į tikslų siekimą, rezultatus ir turi atsakingą požiūrį į darbą.

MES SIŪLOME

  • 2570-3500 € (neatskaičius mokesčių) darbo užmokestį;
  • Privatų sveikatos draudimą;
  • 3 papildomas poilsio dienas per metus (po bandomojo laikotarpio);
  • Išmokas sutuoktuvių, vaiko gimimo proga, finansinė parama netekus šeimos nario;
  • Hibridinį darbo modelį;
