Das sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Infrastruktur & Server: Du betreust und entwickelst unsere interne Serverlandschaft auf Basis von Windows Server 2022 und Hyper-V weiter.
  • Architektur: Du gestaltest aktiv das Design von Active-Directory-Strukturen, Hyper-V-Umgebungen, Gruppenrichtlinien sowie Datei- und Druckservern.
  • IT-Sicherheit: Du verantwortest das Hardening der Windows-Umgebung, steuerst das Patch-Management und entwickelst unser Berechtigungskonzept weiter.
  • Projektverantwortung: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die technische Umsetzung in unseren IT-Projekten und arbeitest dabei fachlich eng mit dem IT-Team und dem Projektmanagement zusammen.
  • Dokumentation & Kommunikation: Du dokumentierst Deine Arbeit in Jira und Confluence und wählst begleitend das jeweils passende Kommunikationsmittel.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Fachwissen: Du verfügst über fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Design, Aufbau und in der Administration von Windows-Server-Umgebungen.
  • IT-Infrastruktur: Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit hybriden Szenarien (Azure / Entra ID) sowie solide Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk, Backup).
  • Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert und zielorientiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Kommunikation & Teamarbeit: Du kommunizierst sicher, arbeitest gerne im Team und verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau.

Idealerweise bringst Du außerdem mit

  • Telekommunikation: Erfahrung in der Administration von Telekommunikationslösungen, idealerweise Mitel, oder Unified-Communications-Systemen
  • Netzwerktechnik: Solide Kenntnisse in Switching, Routing, Firewalls und VLANs
  • Backup & Recovery: Kenntnisse im Bereich Backup und Recovery
