Du liebst Zahlen genauso wie die Live-Entertainment-Branche? Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung, Steuerbüro und unseren Bookern sorgst du dafür, dass bei unseren Budgets und Tourkassen alles im Takt bleibt. Für unser Team in Berlin suchen wir vorzugsweise ab Januar 2027 Verstärkung.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Du agierst mit deinen Kollegen als Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung, Steuerbüro, Buchhaltung und unseren Bookern.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie das Mahnwesen.
  • Du übernimmst In- und Auslandsüberweisungen und behältst gemeinsam mit der Projektleitung alle Zahlungen und Budgets der Projekte im Blick.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Berechnung und Abführung der Künstlersteuer (Ausländersteuer) sowie der Künstlersozialkasse (KSK).
  • Du überprüfst Verträge, Konzertabrechnungen und Projektauswertungen (GuV) – und erstellst diese bei Bedarf auch selbst.
  • Du checkst und überprüfst die Tourkassen und versorgst unsere Tourneeleiter mit allen wichtigen buchhalterischen Informationen für unterwegs.
  • Du bedienst und pflegst unser Ablagesystem zuverlässig.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung z. B. als Industriekauffrau/ Industriekaufmann, Kauffrau für Büromanagement/ Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Bankkauffrau/ Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbares Studium.
  • Vorkenntnisse in der (vorbereitenden) Buchhaltung oder im Veranstaltungsbereich sind ein Plus
  • Du konntest idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen sowie mit DATEV sammeln.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, verlässlich und hast ein Auge für Details.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Freude daran, mit unterschiedlichen Charakteren (vom Booker bis zum Steuerberater) zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Du hast einen sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
