  • Du bearbeitest Anfragen unserer Veranstalter, aus den Bereichen Konzerte, Theater, Sport und Tourneen, per E-Mail und Telefon.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Veranstalter bei der Nutzung unseres Ticketsystems und unserer Dienstleistung. Wenn sie Fragen oder Wünsche haben, kümmerst Du Dich geduldig und mit großem Engagement darum.
  • Deine Aufgabe ist es, ihnen zu helfen, mehr Tickets zu verkaufen. Gemeinsam mit ihnen analysierst und optimierst Du ihren Ticketvertrieb.
  • Unsere Arbeit ist immer Teamwork! Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team in Düsseldorf sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Veranstalter zufrieden sind.

  • Ein laufendes Studium in jeglichem Bereich
  • Verlässlichkeit und eine positive Einstellung
