Descrição da Vaga:

Será responsável pela atração e seleção dos melhores profissionais de acordo com o perfil necessário e alinhados a cultura organizacional da empresa.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

- Realizar o controle de vagas abertas, em andamento e fechadas por meio de documento compartilhado;

- Alinhar com o gestor o perfil da vaga: aspectos comportamentais e técnicos, levantar os pré-requisitos para candidatura, nível de senioridade, entre outros pontos conforme a descrição de cargos/competências da função;

- Planejar, analisar e organizar o processo de recrutamento e seleção, definindo as etapas e técnicas para identificar os melhores candidatos;

- Identificar o canal para divulgação da vaga que seja mais adequado de acordo com o perfil levantado, preparar anúncio da vaga e divulgar a mesma nos canais identificados;

- Fazer a triagem de currículos alinhado ao perfil levantado com o gestor bem como com a cultura da empresa;

- Conduzir entrevistas usando várias ferramentas/métodos confiáveis de recrutamento e seleção para filtrar os candidatos dentro do cronograma;

- Avaliar os conhecimentos, habilidades, aptidões técnicas, experiência e outros itens relevantes dos candidatos, mapeando o perfil para elaborar o parecer do candidato;

- Conduzir as demais etapas do processo de seleção até a entrega de documentos para admissão;

- Analisar o perfil dos colaboradores e verificar os requisitos para mudança de função;

- Apoiar à gestão da plataforma do site de recrutamento onde são administradas as vagas e processos;

- Realizar o desenvolvimento e execução dos Programas de Estagiário e Jovem Aprendiz;

- Implementar, controlar e alimentar planilha de indicadores de Recursos Humanos;

- Identificar novas oportunidades de melhoria do processo de recrutamento e seleção de profissionais;

- Executar outras atividades correlatas e inerentes ao cargo;

- Cumprir e manter atualizados os procedimentos documentados (normas) do setor;

- Atender a Política e Requisitos do Sistema de Gestão Integrado;

- Atender os controles definidos para os “Aspectos e Impactos” e “Perigos e Riscos” da sua atividade;

- Atender as instruções correspondentes à sua atividade, e realizar outras atividades correlatas e inerentes ao cargo, conforme orientação e solicitação do superior imediato.

Requisitos e Qualificações;

- Ensino Superior Completo (Administração de Empresa, Engenharia, Psicologia, Pedagogia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, ou áreas correlatas);

- Experiência de 04 a 06 anos na área;

- Pacote Office nível intermediário.
