So sieht Ihr Tag aus:

  • Sie bereiten frische Zutaten nach Rezept bzw. Menüvorschlag zu
  • Sie achten auf eine sachgemäße Lagerung der Lebensmittel auf dem jeweiligen Posten und kontrollieren die Lagertemperaturen
  • Sie kochen, richten Speisen an und bereiten hochwertige Menüs und Buffets zu
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für den ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf in der Schicht
  • Sie arbeiten und schulen neue Küchenmitarbeiter ein
  • Sie leiten Lehrlinge an
  • Sie entwickeln sich weiter und unterstützen andere Küchenmitarbeiter/ Lehrlinge
  • Sie sind zuständig für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung in Absprache mit dem Sous Chef der organisatorischen Optimierung im Küchenbereich
  • Sie fördern und gewährleisten eine kollektive Zusammenarbeit in und zwischen den Abteilungen

In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die Führung Ihres Postens verantwortlich. Ihr Einsatz wird sowohl im exquisiten A-la-carte Geschäft als auch in der Vorbereitung für diverse Bankette erfolgen.

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre/ Ausbildung in der gehobenen Gastronomie/ Hotellerie
  • Erfahrung in der Küche; Seminar- und Bankettbereich von Vorteil
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrung im Führen eines Küchenpostens
  • Sie sind kreativ und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team
