Job Description

The person will be placed in the F&B Front department and will learn to perform the following duties:

  • Clean tables and set up the mise en place according to the service requirements.
  • Welcome and assist guests throughout the service.
  • Serve and clear food and beverage items.
  • Support and collaborate with other team members.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in their assigned work area.
  • Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable items and properly sorting waste.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all linens and tableware before use.
  • Follow supervisors' instructions and guidelines.
  • Prepare coffee and beverage orders.

This role requires the ability to handle and move loads and to remain on one's feet and in motion for extended periods of time.

Requirements

  • Good command of the English language; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
  • Strong interest in the hospitality and food & beverage industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and international environment.
  • Flexibility and availability to work shifts.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
